Ar. Praveen Kumar

Principal Architect

Praveen Kumar B graduated from Anna University's School of Architecture and Planning. He worked with Paradigm Architects, Bangalore, and K.S. Ranganath Architecture, Chennai. He got an opportunity to work in a wide range of commercial apartments,condomeniums and high-end villas. During his work life back in 2006, he got the spark to set up his own practice and started this design firm along with his friend Sivakumar S.P. His impeccable design skills, creativity, drive, foresight, leadership, and multifaceted qualities have led him to be what he is today. He is the think tank of the firm and never fails to bring innovation and creativity into his designs.He has an expertise in Master planning of residential group development projects for reputed builders in Tamilnadu.

Ar. Siva Kumar

Principal Architect

Siva Kumar S P graduated from Anna University's SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING. He worked with Architron , Delhi and Real value homes, Chennai. Back in 2006, along with his friend Praveen Kumar, he brought DESIGN QUEST into existence. His problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and mastery of numerical and technical focus have given him expertise in handling large-scale industrial designs.He has abundance exposure in large scale industrial master planning,approvals and setting up the core industrial design in the given space incorporating all the rules and regulations of the government norms.Have associated himself with international architects and worked in large-scale industrial projects.

Ar.Keerthana Dhayalan

Associate Architect

Keerthana Dhayalan graduated from the MEASI Academy of Architecture in Chennai. She worked with Good Earth Architects in Bangalore, where she had the exposure to learn about sustainable architecture practices and explore various sustainable materials under the guidance of architects Jeeth K. Iype and Natasha Iype, who were the disciples of Laurie Baker. She is an artist who is enthralled and engulfed in detailing, product designing, and interior designing. She has a passion for curating,selection of artifacts,detailing and setting up the space into limelight.

Ar. Malathy Karunanidhi

Associate Architect

Malathi Karunanidhi graduated from the MEASI ACADEMY OF ARCHITECTURE in Chennai. She worked with Larsen and Toubro, a multinational conglomerate company. She acquired more knowledge in large-scale commercial projects at L&T,with that expertise and experience she was able to integrate and work well with the structural and architectural component of design. She effectively plans every space and fits the requirements. She is more mathematical and a problem-solver!
